Description

Our client required the development and optimisation of a comprehensive utility water re‑use system to support expanding operational demands and to future‑proof site efficiency. The existing infrastructure faced limitations in treatment capacity, nutrient removal, and automation.

We delivered full process design and equipment procurement for the upgraded facility. Following completion, the treatment works now provide enhanced performance, improved nutrient removal, and increased operational reliability, while meeting stringent water‑quality and discharge requirements

  • Detailed preliminary studies & process evaluations
  • Full process design and specification of water re‑use treatment equipment
  • Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) plant incorporating the UCT biological P & N removal process
  • Upgrade of treatment stages based on the AAO model
