Description
The Multi-Occupancy Buildings (MOB) programme is a long-term multi-phase project assessing the risk and compliance of gas assets in multi-occupancy buildings.
Phase 1 of the project ran from 2019 – 2022 with over 5,000 desktop surveys and a pilot programme for site surveys and consequent remediation. Phase 2 commenced in 2022 and focusses on site surveys, remediating non-compliances with design reports and updating as-built records in GIS, where required. This project seeks to bring the MOB gas installations into compliance with I.S 813 and IGEM/G/5 Multi-occupancy buildings standards.
