Description
We developed a 2030 decarbonisation roadmap for a large dairy processor. We began by defining organisational boundaries, calculating Scope 1 and 2 emissions. We then set a reduction target aligned with the GHG Protocol, CSRD’s ESRS, existing Science Based Targets and Origin Green commitments.
An implementation plan was created to prioritise and phase projects over five years through to 2030. We continue to support the client with detailed design and tender documentation for the first phase of implementation
