Description

A full energy study was completed at a food processing site in Co. Limerick, an upgrade was identified. This involved removing the pre-existing and retrofitting a higher efficiency economiser. Specification of this unit and completing all necessary design calculations to ensure compliance with EN Standards. This was also fully managed, supervised and commissioned by our engineers. 

The result was a saving of over 5,000 MWh of Energy and over 1,000 tonnes of CO2. Installation was carefully managed to reduce impact to the client’s production and was completed within 10 Days.  We continue to support the client with ongoing asset management services.
