Description
The design and installation of 2 no. additional 2.5 MVA backup generators increased site backup to 7.5 MW.
The existing generator control system was upgraded allowing for “black start” and island mode operation in conjunction with 2 no. 2 MW wind turbines and 1 no. 3 MW biomass CHP.
A new MV switchroom was constructed and MV switchgear and associated equipment were installed and commissioned.
