Description

Upgrade scheme to the 30 MLD BEWL WTW, which consists of 12 work packages. Delivering the detailed design on upgrades to the existing Rapid Gravity Filter (RGF) and the newly built sludge treatment works. The project increased the treated water capacity of the works to 23.7 MLD and involved complex brownfield modifications undertaken within a live operational environment. Fingleton White was responsible for the design and delivery of the RGF and Sludge Treatment upgrades, improving operational performance, process resilience, monitoring capability, and maintainability across the site.
